Honor Flight
USO Missouri Volunteer Manager Jennifer had the opportunity to volunteer with the Franklin County Honor Flight. The mission of Honor Flight is to celebrate America’s veterans by inviting them to share in a day of honor at our nation’s memorials.
“I had the honor of being a Guardian on the Franklin County Honor flight to Washington, DC, in October. My Veteran’s name was Wayne. Wayne served our Country in the Army for 22 years. It was a wonderful experience to honor our veterans, and it will always be a great memory for me. All the monuments were so impressive, making me even more proud of our military (past and present) and our country.”
Jennifer, thank you for being a Guardian on the Honor Flight. #BeTheForce
