USO: Brightening Your Community

Attention Teenagers! Do you like helping others? Are you creative and like making things? Do you like giving back to your community? Are you between the ages of 12 and 17? If you answered YES to any of these questions, then register to come spend a couple hours at the USO among your peers and work together to create some amazing gifts to present to others within the community. The afternoon is all about giving back to the community, being creative, having fun, while meeting new friends. Pizza and refreshments will be provided. A parent or guardian must be in attendance during this event.

For the June 3rd event, participants will be making bird feeders for the St. James Veterans Home to be placed in their gardens outside their rooms to help brighten their day.
