About this Location

Kansas City International Airport’s USO airport lounge aims to offer convenience and comfort to the military community, no matter where they are heading. In this area, service members can use our amenities to relax and enjoy their journey. Our lounge can be located behind baggage claim 5 on the first level of the Terminal.

The USO lounge will be open 7 days a week from 9 am - 6 pm. The USO serves active, reserve, and National Guard military members and their dependents. Please note at this time operation hours may vary.

My daughter was stranded nearly 40 hours, trying to get home for Christmas. Your amazing volunteers stayed up through the night to ensure that she, as well as many others, we're taken care of!
