About this Location

Kansas City International Airport’s USO airport lounge aims to offer convenience and comfort to the military community, no matter where they are heading. In this area, service members can use our amenities to relax and enjoy their journey. Our lounge can be located behind baggage claim 5 on the first level of the Terminal.

The USO lounge will be open 7 days a week from 9 am - 6 pm. The USO serves active, reserve, and National Guard military members and their dependents. Please note at this time operation hours may vary.

I just flew in 10+ hours from Germany 1st leg and got into St. Louis to get a rental car. USO saved the day with a 24hr operation and a clean bed for an exhausted traveler that needs to drive another 4 hours when the rental car facility opens. Thanks so much for the warm hospitality.
