USO Family Night Out: Culver's - 5pm Timeslot

**IMPORTANT: When registering your children, within each name block please put their age next to their name within the name block. Example: Kelly (13 yrs). When registering adults, you can put Kelly (Adult). Please do not register infants/newborns who will not eat a meal.

Bring your family out to Culver’s of St. Robert for a dinner, courtesy of USO Missouri. This is a great event where you can bring your family, worry free of cost while getting to meet other military families from throughout the community while enjoying a delicious meal. Pre-Registration is required for this event and we will be taking 50 reservations for the 5pm timeslot. Please only register for the amount of slots of those family members that intend on eating. You can only sign up for one timeslot, do not register for both in attempts to make it on the list.

**Please remember when attending this event, you must check-in at 5pm, if your family hasn’t arrived by 5:15pm, we will refer to the waiting list.
